Development & Implementation of a Sustainable Business Retention & Expansion Program
Geneva Analytics developed and implemented a training program for municipal appointed leadership designed to enable the City to improve its visibility within the business community. The program was designed to be sustainable over several years, and included development and training materials for City staff and volunteers.

- Training was conducted for all department heads and their assistants

& Rideshare Survey
The 2012 Air Quality Awareness and Rideshare Survey was designed to gauge the public’s perception of the Rideshare and Air Quality Awareness programs.
The research goals for the 2012 survey were to determine the direct and indirect impact of the agency’s marketing efforts on commuters’ decisions to rideshare; and to determine what encourages or discourages commuters from ridesharing.
HIGHLIGHTS
- The survey provided detailed insight into publication readership, viewing and listening habits of the service area
- Based on the survey findings, the MVRPC was able to adjust the media platforms through which they communicated with the population of their service area

Economic Development Business Mix Assessment, Data Book and Marketing Strategy
The project consisted of two major components:
- Assessment of the current business mix and conditions and
- Development and production of a community economic data booklet and marketing strategy.
HIGHLIGHTS
- Analysis of the community’s business mix and identification of “at risk” firms
- Identification of firms that were likely candidates for recruitment by other communities
- Production of a full economic data booklet for distribution to firms seeking to locate in Jacksonville

Public Perception, Program Awareness and Effectiveness Survey
Development and initiation of a survey designed to identify the level of awareness and satisfaction with the services provided by the County’s Environmental Services Department.
HIGHLIGHTS
- Development of a survey questionnaire that was able to identify, at zip code level, customer awareness and satisfaction with the Environmental Services Department.
- The survey was conducted to address several segments of the community including land line and cell phone users, school age households, awareness of educational programming and focus groups.
