Development, Implementation of a Sustainable Business Retention & Expansion Program
Geneva Analytics developed and implemented a training program for municipal appointed leadership designed to enable the City to improve its visibility within the business community. The program was designed to be sustainable over several years, and included development and training materials for City staff and volunteers.
HIGHLIGHTS
- Geneva Analytics developed a customized business retention and expansion program, training manual, media releases and contact platform
- Training was conducted for all department heads and their assistants
- Training was completed for 25 volunteers
